Scaler Academy, a leading institution in software development education, empowers students across the country. Our task was to design an inspiring workplace that encourages knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and community building.
When launching their new visual identity Ohio is a global leader in retail marketing, with over 5,000 staff. At the start of 2020, was ready to launch their new visual identity but faced a recognizable challenge: how to get all 80,000 engaged?

With a deep understanding of Scaler’s vision and aspirations, we crafted a modern office interior that blends innovation with employee well-being. The result is a flexible, engaging, and technology-driven environment that encourages collaboration, communication, and relaxation.
The office design features adaptable spaces, including lobbies designed to accommodate cameras and lighting setups for podcast shoots and videography. These flexible zones also double as interactive pockets, enhancing engagement and creativity.
