We are a young & zealous architecture and design studio that believes in designing modern and contemporary spaces.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Making working drawings and details according to designs
2. Working on design inception and detailing further with reference studies

3. Going on-site visits, making site notes, and noting down observations

Furniture Designer

Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsible for all commercial and residential furniture design
Overseeing all design products from conception to delivery.
Prepare and participate in client presentations independently.
Designs furniture for manufacture, according to the knowledge of design trends, offerings of competition, production costs, the capability of production facilities.
Calculate dimensions, quantities and allowances with accurate precision.
Giving guidelines to junior designers and Draftsmen.

Quantity Surveyor

 About the job

You will work along with the project team during the pre-tender and execution phase. You will be majorly responsible for tendering, project cost control along documentation related to the project and compliance.

In Brief

• Responsible for creating BOQ estimates based on sets drawing and further preparing a detailed budget for the same.
• Do a market analysis in order to know the current rates of the materials before floating tender and inviting quotations.
• Responsible for monitoring and controlling the cost of projects from concept to completion.
• Need to be knowledgeable of vendors/suppliers and provide support for comparatives and analysis in vendor selection as needed.
• Do periodic analysis on the status of projects with respect to cost and review for alternative solutions to manage project budgets.
• Maintain all the documents for total compliance related to design, contractors, legal and other matters as per company standards.

 What We Expect


• 3 years experience in managing corporate/workplace fit-out projects.
• Diploma or Degree in quantity surveying.
• Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
• Tech-savvy and have experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

HR Executive

Duties, including but not limited to-

• Participate in new projects’ staffing meetings
• Manage all policies related to consultants, including modifications to the current one as and when needed
• Manage all HR tasks related to consultants and staff hiring
• Record attendance, holidays, vacations, leave with and w/o pay, track leave eligibility leaves already availed and balance of leaves
• Organize and maintain Consultants’ and employees -records: electronic and paper copies.
• Ensure all HR databases, electronic and paper versions are up to date, accurate and comply with the office’s Terms of Contract and policies and local laws
• Manage the recruitment process and interviews
• Be responsible for planning and ensuring systematic induction of all new consultants and employees into the organization
• Provide payroll inputs such as attendance summary, leave summary, travel, meal and other reimbursement details, other deductions to payroll consultants and employees in a systematic, accounting suitable format for processing reimbursements
• Renew Consultants’ Contracts in a timely manner, as determined by the leadership
• Distribute Outstanding Performance Certificates and awards, as determined by the leadership

General Responsibilities –

• Be the central person for all HR and Admin related communication and work
• Record all Consultants’ and employees’ grievances formally, and forward them to the concerned departments and follow up for resolution.
• Manage the day-to-day running of office (be specific)
• Play the role of consultants’ and employees’ champion by keeping communications channels open

Education & Skills –

• A Graduate degree in a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR & Admin
• Work experience with a professional organization is a must.
• Experience with Architecture firms will be preferred
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of computer
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Proficient in HR management software(s)
• Fluent in English
