Coreco Technologies
In the realm of office design, few projects strike the ideal balance between complexity and possibility. Coreco Technologies was one such opportunity that demanded sharp design thinking, strategic focus, and a deep sense of empathy. With five board members, each with unique design expectations, and just three weeks to develop the design, Studio AsA was tasked with translating a diverse set of ideas into a unified vision.
For Studio AsA, it was an opportunity to reimagine a people-centric workspace where functionality and user experience were seamlessly integrated into every square foot.

Quick Overview
- Translate diverse inputs into a unified design
- Speed and strategy in execution
- Optimized space, natural light, and smart layout
- Wellbeing and brand embedded in office design

Aligning Perspectives, Fast-Tracking Execution
With diverse stakeholders, the first challenge was achieving consensus. Studio AsA navigated this through iterative design and strategic mapping of shared priorities, arriving at a unified vision. Once aligned, the project was executed in just 70 days. PLPB was selected as the primary material for its budget-friendly, aesthetic, and quick-install qualities.

Designing for Experience: Wellness and Connection
Beyond functionality, the design prioritized how space supports people. Breakout zones with scenic views encouraged interaction and pause, while a dedicated sick bay reflected a thoughtful approach to wellbeing. The pantry, positioned to overlook the cityscape, became a vibrant communal hub echoing Coreco’s belief that great work thrives when people feel cared for and connected.

Brand Identity in the Space
Coreco’s brand colors: blue, orange, and yellow, were subtly woven into furniture and accents, creating a cohesive yet balanced visual identity. An open ceiling at 10.5 ft added volume and enabled the integration of occupancy sensors, enhancing both aesthetics and energy efficiency.
