Studio AsA is hiring a Senior Architect / Interior Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, motivated individual with the capacity to create brilliant creative solutions & deliverables, have a keen eye for detail, and must be able to understand creative requirements & adhere to the same in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- The candidate should have good knowledge of corporate Interior Design with work experience of 5+ years in this field.
- Undertake design project from concept to completion.
- Define project requirements and schedule during the brief.
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.
- Team leading skills to manage a team of junior designers.
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.
- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, constructors, MEP consultants, clients etc. Proven working experience in designing interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions).
- Excellent portfolio of previous works and relevant experience in commercial office interiors, hospitality interiors etc.
- Worked on MSP or any other project tracker software.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of managing successful Architectural / Interior Design projects.
