Our latest project with Mindtickle involved designing an additional floor to support their expanding operations. The brief was clear: create a space that supports high performance, anticipates future growth, and enhances the employee experience, without compromising on brand identity or functionality.
When launching their new visual identity Ohio is a global leader in retail marketing, with over 5,000 staff. At the start of 2020, was ready to launch their new visual identity but faced a recognizable challenge: how to get all 80,000 engaged?

To meet these goals, we reimagined the floorplan to balance “we-spaces” and focus zones. Open, flexible areas promote cross-functional collaboration, while thoughtfully designed quiet spaces allow individuals to concentrate and recharge. This duality supports both innovation and productivity.
We infused Mindtickle’s vibrant brand identity throughout the office space, using a palette that reflects their energy and culture. But it wasn’t just about colour, it was about creating a workplace that feels like theirs, down to the smallest detail.
Optimised layouts and collaborative zones were tailored to enhance everyday processes, while upgraded amenities such as breakout lounges, high-tech meeting rooms, and agile workstations boosted team connectivity and comfort. These office design choices created a dynamic environment where people can thrive.
What truly sets this project apart is our integrated approach. Working closely with the Mindtickle team, we aligned their office interior design with organisational goals. Through change management strategies and spatial planning, we helped them not only meet immediate operational needs but also prepare for future expansion.
