Designing MPL’s headquarters in Bangalore meant answering key questions: Have you ever needed a break at work? A moment to recharge and step away from the daily grind? We set out to create an office that not only supports work but also makes it enjoyable.
When launching their new visual identity Ohio is a global leader in retail marketing, with over 5,000 staff. At the start of 2020, was ready to launch their new visual identity but faced a recognizable challenge: how to get all 80,000 engaged?

Our goal was to build a workplace that strengthens trust, engagement, creativity, and collaboration. To achieve this, we introduced dynamic spaces—play zones for interaction, quiet areas for focus, meeting spaces for productivity, and leisure spots for recharging.
MPL’s brand energy comes alive through bold colours and impactful design. The experience begins at the entrance, where striking red MPL signage sets the tone. Throughout the space, vibrant hues in furniture and walls visually narrate the company’s passion for growth and innovation.
This project reinforced our belief that the best office interiors go beyond function as they encourage a sense of community, trust, and lasting connections.
