We infused the space with bold colors, dynamic elements, and a strong brand essence, reflecting Mindtickle’s identity as one of Pune’s leading tech unicorns.
When launching their new visual identity Ohio is a global leader in retail marketing, with over 5,000 staff. At the start of 2020, was ready to launch their new visual identity but faced a recognizable challenge: how to get all 80,000 engaged?

A startup thrives on agility, creativity, and high-energy collaboration, and so does its workspace. Open workstations encourage teamwork, breakout zones spark spontaneous discussions, and well-planned meeting rooms balance flexibility with structure. Every corner of this space is designed to support movement, ideas, and interactions.
A brand is an experience. When Mindtickle began, there were no predefined design guidelines for their physical space which gave us an opportunity we embraced. Collaborating closely with their brand team, we developed a colour palette that seamlessly transitioned from digital identity to physical space. The result was a vibrant, high-energy workspace that feels unmistakably Mindtickle.
